Urbanova Cloud ("Urbanova", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal data when you visit urbanova.cloud or contact us. It is designed to align with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

2. Personal Data We Collect
When you submit our project enquiry form, we collect your full name, company or organisation, business email, optional phone number, optional project location, solution of interest and the project information you provide. Our servers may also process limited technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, request time and browser or device information.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
We process personal data to respond to enquiries, take steps requested before entering into a contract, manage business relationships, protect and improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on your consent, pre-contractual steps, legal obligations or our legitimate business interests as permitted by the PDPL.
4. Consent and Withdrawal
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by emailing info@urbanova.cloud. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
5. Sharing and Processors
We do not sell personal data. We may share it only with authorised personnel and service providers that support our hosting, infrastructure and business email. These providers process data under appropriate confidentiality, security and data-protection obligations.
6. International Transfers
Our website infrastructure and email services are supplied through Hostinger and associated infrastructure providers. Personal data may therefore be processed outside the UAE. Where an international transfer occurs, we apply safeguards appropriate to the transfer and the requirements of the PDPL.
7. Retention
Project-enquiry data is normally retained for up to 12 months after the latest relevant interaction, unless it becomes part of an ongoing contractual relationship or a longer period is required by law. After that period, it is deleted or anonymised where reasonably practicable.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, restricted administrative access and infrastructure security controls. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely risk-free, but we review our safeguards as our services evolve.
9. Your Rights Under the PDPL
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your data, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, transfer of your data, and withdrawal of consent. 10. Cookies and Analytics
Urbanova Cloud does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking or third-party analytics on this website. The site may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms required to deliver, secure and operate the service. If non-essential cookies or analytics are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.
11. Children
Our services are directed to businesses and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors through this website.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our processing activities, services or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
